Cancellation Policy

This package includes up to 20 hours of professional genealogy research. Also included: four (4) one-hour online meetings, with the first being a consultation to determine the focus of the research--be it a specific research question or research on a particular ancestor or ancestral line. The remaining two online meetings will be to report progress made on the research. Client will be provided a full written report of the research findings, as well as suggestions on what further research the client may want to consider. At that point, the client may conduct the research or book a subsequent research plan. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Clients must cancel no later than 14 days prior to the initial consultation for a full refund. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled initial consultation will receive a refund less a 25 percent nonrefundable fee. Cancellations made within that 48 hours will be refunded 50 percent of their payment. There is NO REFUND for cancellations made the same day as the initial consultation.
